Orders & Payment

Food & Catering Services (PS Foods)

• All food orders are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may not receive a refund.

• Deposits for catering services are strictly non-refundable.

• Any issues with your food order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for review.

Clothing & Physical Products (Pretty Things Market UK)

• Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery with original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, sale items, or items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection, usually within 7–10 working days.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)

• All digital products are non-refundable.

• This includes cookbooks, digital guides, and downloadable content.

• Once accessed or downloaded, digital products cannot be returned.

• Technical issues should be reported to our support team for assistance.

Care Services (Realtrained Care Ltd)

• Care services are provided independently by Realtrained Care Ltd.

• Refunds, cancellations, or amendments follow the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

• PS Market Place does not process payments for care services.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is currently available within the United Kingdom only.

• Standard shipping for physical products is free unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

• PS Market Place is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
